CLARITY COACHING

Often the slightest shift in communication can create the most impact.  Amy can help you break these negative thought patterns and heal your inner saboteur.  The brain can be rewired through changing your beliefs, but often we don’t realize which belief is actually causing us to be stuck. Many people use Clarity Coaching to learn new and more effective tools of communication with their partner, loved ones, or business associates as well. Is there a raise you feel is impossible to receive because of X and Y and Z because the company is broke and refuses raises and you got written up and gossip abounds and on and on? It often doesn’t matter. Convincing you it is possible is what matters.

Amy can tap into another’s soul and see what they need to hear in order to heal and align to a common ground, however seemingly wide the ocean between you. This can eliminate a lot of stress and create many breakthroughs as you learn to empower and elevate your communication. We often just don’t know how to ask for our needs to be met in a way which considers all involved. Sometimes there is a spiritual or karmic block to be removed in order to shift the outcome in a more optimal direction. If you are barking up the wrong tree, she will candidly tell you to stop looking for gold in a sandbox and help guide you to your higher path.

MINI COACHING

Do you need to tweak a business email and need to know the best way to receive a great response? Did you stick your foot in your mouth and feel confused how to patch it up with your loved one? A mini session can turn it all around! This coaching is only for clients who have had a full session at least once with Amy, so she is fully familiar with how they process their thinking. Some clients book a follow up mini as well because the hour session moves quickly and they had a few more things to clarify also. The length of this reading is 30 minutes.
