CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to give written notice of cancellation within 24 hours in advance for your session, otherwise you will be charged. You are taking someone else’s slot. If you give no notice you are running late, your session will be cancelled after the 20 minute mark as we will assume it is a no show and you will not be reimbursed for your session. If you are late, your session time begins at the scheduled time and will not go past the end time, unless there is a rare event that the time is open. Please show care for your session time. If for any reason your session is moved to another time, due to another client emergency or other issue you will be placed as top priority for rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule you or cancel your session. If your session is cancelled by us, then you will be reimbursed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. A reading/healing/clearing session is a private contract between you (the client) and me (the medium) it must be noted that: As this is a contractual reading, for legal reasons readings/clearings/healings/coaching will not take place for anyone under the age of 18 without consent of a legal guardian. You, the client, have entered into this contract of your own free will. Clarity Chick, nor I, can not guarantee the accuracy or results of any readings, healings, clearings, answers or other information received during all sessions. I have the right to stop the session whenever I feel the need. If I have to stop the session for any reason I will endeavour to inform you why, although I am not legally bound to do so. You, the consumer, have the right to stop the reading in the first five minutes if you are not satisfied or find it too emotional or have any other reason that you do not wish to continue with the session and payment will not be expected. If the session continues beyond the first five minutes, your payment will not be refunded. You, the client, understand if you continue the session beyond five minutes, then you are agreeing to pay the full amount regardless of any reason. Any information received during the session will not be disclosed to any third party. During and after reading/healing/clearing sessions, any use you make of the information you receive is at your own risk, I and Clarity Chick are not responsible for any losses or emotions resulting from your reliance on any information you receive during all sessions. All sessions should never be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified health and medical professional. All reading/clearing/healing/coaching sessions are for informational and entertainment only and are provided “as is” without warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind.
